LiFePO4 Battery
Balder Power has fully automated production line of cylindrical LiFePO4 battery cells, which include LFP battery 14500 18650, 26650, 21700, 32650(32700), 321400 and some other pouch LiFePO4 battery cells. Balder Power Group, as a lithium ion LiFePO4 battery factory in China, have our assembly plant to meet customers’ requirements of LiFePO4 battery packs, with different voltage, capacity, charge discharge current, dimension, wire length, connector, BMS, etc. OEM and ODM for LiFePO4 battery packs are welcome to contact Balder Power!
The nominal voltage is 3.2V, the energy density is about 4 times that of lead-acid batteries, and the volume is smaller and weight lighter.
The lithium iron phosphate cathode material has good electrochemical performance, the charging and discharging platform is very stable, and the structure is more stable during the charging and discharging process.
The battery works normally when the external temperature is 65°C
The standard discharge is 0.2C, and it can be charged and discharged at 3C
1C charge and discharge at room temperature, the capacity is still more than 80% after 2000 cycles
The whole production process is clean and non-toxic, and all raw materials are non-toxic.
